A fair amount of rupees - 1000 or more recommended but you can do it with less (have managed to do this myself with 500). At least 4 soul orbs (or at least one extra heart/stamina wheel chunk) - the more you have, the faster the glitch will work. However, by using a glitch in the game, you can max out both. Normally, in Breath of the Wild, you can only max out either your hearts (30), or your stamina (3 wheels) - there is no legit way to max out both. So, keep an eye on the Goddess statues while traveling to new villages and settlements.This is a little old but still works on the latest version with no signs of being patched any time soon. You will receive a single Heart container at the end of every quest or mission you complete. If you specifically want to maximize your current health pool, you can complete the main story missions.
